I would like to talk a little about this collection of artwork. When I first came out with “The Harvest Collection”, I received a lot of mix reactions. Some people loved these art pieces and some didn’t. Some saw slavery or hardship. Some saw it as ownership, history, and pride. Still others asked, who wants to relive that? I understood both perspectives. As a child of parents who were born, raised, and lived in the South, both of my Grandparents owned land, farmed the land, and they were NOT slaves. My parents still own that land to this day. I understand, if you grow up in the intercity and every time you see African Americans farming land (mostly in movies and TV), then they were depicted as slaves. So you grow up thinking that African Americans farming on land is bad. I get it. But I love the country and enjoy being outside. I also partake in the activity of farming, planting, nurturing the land, and watching it grow, which is the reason that I came up with collection.
“UNSTRETCHED” Canvas is standard frame sizes and ships rolled in a mailing tube. Its ready for framing or stretching (the canvas will have at least 1.5 inch white border around the image to allow for stretching if need.

Although scanning and taking a great picture is away the best way to get a highest resolution for prints, they can’t be the original painting.
I consider myself a perfectionist and I want my customers to have the best. Therefore I have decided to hand embellished some of the prints I sale. So technically you will be getting a original because no print will be exactly the same and the embellish print will be just as good or better than the original painting to the point you wouldn’t be able to tell it was a print at all.
Important Notice: Embellished prints are considered custom made and not eligible for returns but will be considered on a case by case bases. Just an FYI, no one has ever ask for a return on my art work.
